Crunchfest, woah! Gamay Pinot Noir, not sure of the ratio, not fussed either to be honest given the deliciousness on offer. It’s all red berries, peak ripeness, sweet and sour, sappy spice, slightly smoky, vine stem on a fire kind of thing, crunchy acidity for days, super fine tannins doing their bit too. It’s a fun wine, rip the top off, chill it if that’s your fancy and dig in 👌🏽🍷🙏🏼
