Grace Wine Hishiyama Vineyard 2019, purity hits new heights here, such an intriguing wine. The nose is equal parts white stone fruit and white melon with cut grass and crushed oyster shell, minerally, yes new word, rain on dry earth vibes too. The palates pure and long, linear, clean, crisp and fine. White peach, white melon, slightly saline and smoky, great texture, so ethereal.
