How bloody good is Tassie Pinot Noir?! Australia's best region for the variety? Hmm, big call.... there's certainly a strong argument for yes. Anyway, as I'm giving away some Tassie Pinot Noir (last post check it out) I couldn't not have a glass myself. Dalrymple 'Ouse' Pinot Noir 2016, lovely wine this from a great producer down that way. Short review - Red berries, slightly wild, fine spice, sappy, mulchy, good structure, good acidity, fine tannin, lovely finish. Starting to show a little tertiary action. Very nice Pinot 👌🏽🍷🙏🏼
