Gaelic Cemetery Shiraz 2017, Clare Valley. Nice wine this, plenty going on, very Clare Valley to my mind. Dark fruit, quite aromatic, plum, blackberry, earthy spice, bitter chocolate and coffee bean. Good structure, acid, and complexity on the palate, dark fruit, spice, little oak, well made, grippy tannin, quite savoury despite the upfront fruit, good finish. It still feels like a baby, super keen to see it in 5 years 👌🏽🍷🙏🏼
