After this mornings glassware fail (last post) I figured
4/19/2021, 12:45:20 PM After this mornings glassware fail (last post) I figured it’d be sensible to enjoy something decent to make up for the loss, RIP glass 🤣 Lyon’s Will Pinot Noir 2019 the wine, Macedon Ranges the region. Rose petal in colour with a slight pastel hue, very pretty in the glass and on the nose as red cherry, cranberry and sweet yet sour rhubarb offer fruit and herbal complexity. The palate’s soft with good fruit weight, cherries again, red and dark, raspberries also, good acidity, spice notes emerge towards the back, tannins are super fine, finishes well. Nice Pinot this 👏🏼🍷🙏🏼
