Born into a family with long traditions for viticulture, Martin was basically raised in the vineyards. After working with wine differently for a few years, he settled for making his own wine and launched the first ones in 2019. This Pét-Nat is made from biodynamically grown grapes. After hand picking, the art of grape-stomping is performed before entering both concrete, glass and barrel for fermentation (whole clusters and 2 days skin contact). Fruity and intriguing aromas are immediately unfolding - tangerine, passion fruit, banana, yeast, lemon oil, overripe pear and white bread. The palate is vibrant and crispy with great bubbles offering multi fruit juice (in the good fermented wine manner), mango, green apple, maple syrup and a yeasty and salty touch combined with a bit of residual sweetness.
