Shaw And Smith Sauvignon Blanc Adelaide Hills 2020 Rating: Benchmark Price: $30 to $38 Recommendation: Must be tried. This has to be my benchmark for Australian Sauvignon Blanc. I love it. It used to be my regular midweek wine and must admit I took it for granted, especially when it use to be around 20 bucks. Like most things, price has steadily increased, but with this wine, I think is price rise is justified and deserved. The Viticulture, the winemaking and constant quality delivers a beautiful wine year after year. But don’t get me wrong, I wish they were still $20.
