The grapes are fermented in various vessels from stainless steel barrels, French oak barrels, clay amphora, ceramic and cement cuves. 👁 Pale lemon color 👃 Pronounced intensity on the nose. Aromas of grapefruit pith, yuzu, key lime, honeydew melon, Greek yogurt, and lemongrass. 👄 The wine is dry, medium+ acidity, medium+ alcohol (14.1%), and medium+ body.
