Mandala Chardonnay 2019, Yarra Valley, Dixon’s Creek to be precise. Fresh and zesty territory here, limes and white grapefruit mainly, floral and flint notes there too, though mainly fruit. The palate’s decorated with citrus and green apple flavours, golden pear, subtle spice, balanced, good acidity here. It’s a good example of Yarra Chardy at a sensible price point, well worth a go.
