There’s a lot to be said for delicious wines that nail their brief and this 8 clone medley of Pinot Noir with a dash of Pinot Meunier does just that, nails it. Made to express the flavour of fruit, not overly extracted or oaky, a lesson in less is more you could say. Fresh and floral, red cherry juice and raspberry on the nose, just a smidgin of earthy complexity there too. Bright and red berry driven on the palate, cherries, strawberries, and raspberries with fine tannins offering enough grip and texture. Utterly delicious.
