Have you heard of Müller-Thurgau? Tried it? It’s definitely a first for me, and wine firsts are a great thing, palate expansion and all that. Citrus fruits, green apples, melon roundness and florals on the nose, most akin to Riesling in my book. Green apple and lime on the palate, perhaps a touch tropical, good acidity and crispness, super refreshing. Pair it with some Thai food and you’re in business.
