Best way to solve the Sunday blues? Drink wine, better yet, drink a good wine. Yering Station Pinot Noir is certainly the latter, very good perhaps. Juicy, spicy, a little toasty and undergrowthy. Medium bodied, juicy, red berries with a core of darker fruit, very balanced and subtly complex. Great drinking, especially on a Sunday.
