Cabernet Sauvignon lovers, if you’re not across this, you should be. Peccavi, Margaret River. Super elegant on the nose, regal almost. Lavendar, deep red rose petals, cassis and plums, with undertones of coffee bean, pine needles, and dark chocolate... like 80%+ cocoa kinda thing, B E A U tiful...The palate is silky and unbelieveably pure. Driven by a core of cassis, dark cherries, and black berries, dried herbs and a hint of spearmint also in play. The oak is simply supreme, supreme I tell you, integrated to perfection. Tannins to die for. Hard to fault, it’s a must try.
