Post Covid what wine region would you most like to visit? It’s the Bellarine Peninsula for me and tonight’s drop is a nod to the region. Classic Pinot Noir on the nose, loaded with crunchy red berries, raspberries, and baking spices. Ripe cherries and plums on the palate, tightly wound with fine spice and an undertone of earthy complexity. Plenty to get your chops around here, super wine.
