I’ve been eyeing these up for a few months now and finally got my hands on a couple. Munari Wines, from Heathcote in Victoria, have their vineyards planted on Red Cambrian greenstone, in amongst strips of super complex mineral deposits, that’s a bit interesting in my book, and I love a bit of geology wine talk. All in all, terroir maybe, it sounds like a banging recipe for some Aussie Shiraz. Watch this space!
