Ulithorne Nova Duo Grenache Shiraz and yes, I did spill some, and yes it was bound to happen. Anyway, moving on... This wine is everything you’d want in a Grenache Shiraz blend. Blewitt Spring Grenache delivering vibrancy, prettiness, raspberries and Allen’s Frog sweetness perfectly balanced by the dark plum, savoury spice, earthy qualities of the Shiraz. I always find this a banging blend for the $$. It’s well worth a go if you’re a flavour hound like me.
