🇫🇷🏰 Aged Bordeaux will always have a soft spot in my heart ❤️🍷· ⏳ It was many years ago that someone opened up and an old bottle of Bordeaux for me. The wine was so complex and intriguing. I started to wonder what was going on in the vineyard of that vintage to make such a compelling product. It also occurred to me that this bottle would probably taste so different ten years earlier or later, but when you open it determines when the music stops.
