Here’s to mid-week! Bailey Wine Co Grampians Shiraz in my glass tonight, and it has to be said, it’s really very good. It’s got a great nose, cherry cola, plums, oaky spice, almost smoky, a suggestion of new leather. Mid weight on the palate, flavours from the nose come through nicely and integrate beautifully with fine gripping tannins and hug of premium oak. Very happy with this!
