Glass testing, that’s my excuse for opening this Adelaide Hills Chardonnay by Precious Little. First up, this is not a straight out of the fridge Chardonnay, it needs air and a bit of warming up. Once up to temperature the nose is packed with citrus and peach, spice, and a little toast. Great power and texture to the palate, citrus fruit driven, cashew creaminess, and crisp acidity. A quality Chardonnay.
