[Rambela is the ancient, local name for Famosa.] The 40 hectares of vineyards are farmed using eco-friendly and sustainable methods, very little intervention is used in the cellar. Pale gold in colour, very aromatic with vivid aromas of bergamot, lime, orange blossom and minerals. With flavours similar to the engaging aromas; bracing acidity underscores bright bergamot, lime, grapefruit, clean minerality and a trace of jasmine. A streak of bitterness compliments the fruity, crisp finish.
