It has a very low PH of 2.97 with 9.8 g/l of TA. Residual Sugar of 20 g/l· 👁 Pale lemon color· 👃 Medium+ intensity on the nose. Aromas of petrol, steely, sugarcane, orange blossom, peach, nectarine, orange peel, and kumquat· 👄 The wine is off-dry, high zippy acidity, medium- alcohol, and medium- body. A medium length finish of orange zest and peach· 🔔 A very fine example of Washington State Riesling coming in at $20. Extremely well made and blind I could confuse this for a well made German Kabinett Riesling. The latter part is a compliment. I would love to taste an aged example because after a few years is when a Riesling like this really starts to sing. Very fairly priced·
