Domain A Pinot Noir 2005 from the Cool River Valley in southern Tasmania... #mindblown 🍷 It’s deep, layered, spicy and savoury all at once on the nose. Age has treated this very well. On the palate the primary fruit flavours of dark cherry, plum and rose petals have begun to integrate into the more savoury side with underbrush and dried herbs. Long, long finish to round things up. It’s a very classy wine.
