Fabio Alessandria has not only revitalized his family’s 15 hectare estate, but has become renowned as an artisanal, traditionalist winemaker. The estate is organic but not certified. Striving to be as natural as possible, minimal intervention is observed in both the vineyards and cellar. Light gold in colour, very aromatic with lime, tomato vine, pineapple, ginger and orange blossom. Bracing acidity frames pink grapefruit, lime, green apple, pineapple, pear, herbs and a nutty trace.
