Tobacco, oak, cedar, dried cranberry, dried cherry, earthy, dried leaves, mushroom, and fennel· 👄 The wine is dry, medium acidity, medium- resolved and fine grained tannins, medium- alcohol, and medium body. Fig, dried cranberry, dried cherry, dried flowers/potpourri, wet leaves, enoki mushroom, tobacco, cedar, and Pu er tea. The finish is medium+ length· 🔔 This is still very vibrant and youthful on the palate. Delicate flavors, but an energetic backbone of acidity.
