Fermented on the skins for 6-7 days in stainless steel, aged 8-10 months in fiberglass lined cement and steel tanks, unfiltered. Tart, juicy, berry fruit is complimented by fresh acidity and dry tannins. Black cherry fuses with almond skin on the distinctive finish.
