Last post (I promise) about blind tasting of Vermouths. These 2 were more in the digestive category. Hands down Mossio In Chino Vino Chinato was the favorite. Nebbiolo based vermouth that was floral and really fruit driven. Fun fact, Chinato is a reference to quinine that was used in Vermouths and sourced from China. Chinatos are typically made from Nebbiolo where most vermouth is from white grapes. The Hammer & Tongs L'Afrique was way over the top, like someone used seasoning in a stew or curry but screwed up the metric conversion. Very bitter and very spicy.
