It was largely regarded as the "DRC of White Burgundy" up until problems of premature oxidation (aka premox) plagued the Domaine. Those days are mostly behind us now 🤞. Happy to report that this wine is in excellent condition for being 30 years old. The only oxidation is that caused due to its long stint in the bottle.
