An old faithful, Yalumba Shiraz Cabernet Sauvignon, and everything you’d want from an iconic Aussie blend. Fragrant and ripe, juicy cassis, dark plums, coffee ground richness on the nose. Silky smooth, very balanced, lively and mouth-filling to taste. Intensely flavoured with plums, cassis, and blackberries that’re in total harmony with the fine tannins and medium acidity. It’ll find its way into my cellar again, that’s for sure.
