Last nights nightcap was this Chardonnay by Mt.Wines in the Yarra Valley, #greatstuff . - It’s classic Chardonnay, with ripe white peach, dried pineapple, honeycomb and a touch of almond nuttiness on the nose. There’s plenty of zesty, vibrant and textural characters at play keeping the palate very fresh and racy with a green apple, meets lemons and pears, thing going on beautifully. Well balanced overall.
