From the winery website: fermentation in stainless steel tanks with 6 days of skin contact, followed by maturation in traditional large oak casks. Ruby red in colour, with aromas of strawberry, raspberry, cherry, rose petal, white pepper and earth. Flavours mirror the aromas with strawberry, raspberry, pomegranate, cherry, a shake of white pepper, earth and rose petal framed by silky tannins and light acidity. Berries and spice linger between each silky sip.
