Krémes - Hungarian for "Creamy" is essentially a Napoleon, but this version is absolutely stunning. From Farkas Pastry Shop, a Hungarian bakery, in Cleveland, Ohio. Puff pastry topped with a layer of custard, then vanilla cream. Finally topped off with a layer of puff pastry coated in powdered sugar. Did I mention it was sugar free, vegan, and low fat❓🤔 No, no, I did not. It is none of those things, but it is like biting into a cloud of sugar.
