From a 10 year old vineyard with calcareous clay soil at 150-210 meters in elevation. Grapes are gently pressed, followed by fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks. Pale pink/coral in colour, with faint aromas of citrus blossom and red berries. Delicate pink grapefruit, cranberry , cherry and watermelon are glossed by fresh acidity. Juicy pink grapefruit accents the crisp finish.
