How often do you decant a young wine❓And how do you judge how long it should be decanted❓· 💪After tasting this wine last night, it was determined to not reveal it's true colors before I went to bed😴💤· 🍷After dinner, I decided to throw this into a decanter. There was a bit more sediment than I was expecting, so I did a quick double decant. I was more careful on the second decant, but the deposits were very fine-grained. Let it sit for a few hours and now it is opening up nicely.
