About Us
BYO WIne Club was founded by two wine lovers, Khadine and Christopher Rose.
Khadine's background is in the drinks business, having worked as a brand ambassador for Remy Martin and Diageo's premium brands, amongst others. Chris is a bon vivant with a passion for French and Italian wines. He is also a partner at a global law firm and an investor in two successful London restaurants.
The couple conceived BYO Wine Club after thinking how wonderful it would be to bring favourite bottles of wine from their collection to dinner at some of London's best restaurants. After speaking with a few industry friends, BYO Wine Club was born.
BYO Wine Club has contracted with carefully-vetted restaurants to allow its members to bring their own wine or Champagne to accompany their meals for no, or substantially reduced, corkage fees. Participating restaurants can attract and retain wine enthusiasts, a high-spending restaurant-going audience, while wine lovers can share special bottles with friends over a terrific meal. And someone else gets to do the dishes.
